Modelling of cracks with frictional contact based on peridynamics

چکیده

In this study, a two-dimensional peridynamic contact model is proposed to the propagation of frictional crack within framework. Compared with traditional numerical method in peridynamics, no additional algorithm needed for implementing constraint. The geometry can be easily described by rupture bond without any extra enrichment functions. model, force regarded as short-range and only related stretch virtual between disconnected material points. sliding plates under compression plate pre-existing compressive loading have been simulated validate accuracy model. By introducing skew failure criterion, modelled well. growth path matches result obtained based on phase field method. Therefore, peridynamics demonstrated an effective tool solve problem.
